Very rude customer service didn’t greet me when walking into the store. Threw screw on the table aggressively and charged me $2.50 for one small screw
Terrible customer service. The man Charged me $5 for a 25mm M8 bolt. Said the bolt was $1 and $4 for him. He handed me a shifter so I could undo a bolt I had in a steering box to check the length. I am a trade qualified mechanic and always polite. He may have been having a bad day, yet I will never be going back.
Mario was super helpful finding a solution to my fastening needs and spotting issues along the way. Could not recommend higher the service I received. Great pricing and customer communication from the team. Thanks
