The team at the gold coast boating centre were excellent to deal with from the start to receiving my boat.Their experience and knowledge of boats and some of my ideas the Formosa was fitted out exactly to meet all my request. I bought a brand‑new boat from Gold Coast Boating Centre — a purchase of over $200k — and honestly the whole experience has been disappointing from day one. When I picked it up, all the manuals and info were just thrown into a cardboard box. I even had to go and buy engine supports myself just so I could drive it home safely. I bought a boat from GCBC some time ago and Durant and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us. I arrived entirely unprepared to pick up the boat and Grant sorted it all out. It is the BEST customer service I have had in years and I won’t hesitate to buy my next boat here too.
