It has been a wonderful journey so far. Ash has a gentle approach and is certainly a wise and experienced Ayurvedic doctor. Each procedure and the cost was explained from the very first consultation. The massages and oil therapies are magnificent, soothing, calming and healing. The oil therapy on my knee has reduced inflammation, making it easier to move pain-free. Popped in to see what’s all this 5 star reviews about. Now I’m searching for the extra 2 stars. Ash definitely knows what he is doing and with those Ayurveda Oils and Medicines I’m feeling great.
Highly recommend the massages there. I've had a herbal one today including oil massage and it was devine. Very nourishing.

Thanku Yuka for my incredible massage and Thanku Ashish for sharing the Ayurvedic philosophy with meI felt as though I had been whisked away to IndiaI had the Massage and steam combination and I highly recommend. The oils used, along with the steam, have eased away the muscular aches and I have left feeling utterly relaxed and reset. I have purchased some oils to use at home and a yummy Kitchari blend for further nourishment. Thanku, I shall see you both again soon🦋
