It has been a wonderful journey so far. Ash has a gentle approach and is certainly a wise and experienced Ayurvedic doctor. Each procedure and the cost was explained from the very first consultation. The massages and oil therapies are magnificent, soothing, calming and healing. The oil therapy on my knee has reduced inflammation, making it easier to move pain-free.
