They stink, one paramedic was rude and yelled at me as I attempted to retrieve ice pack for injured students. I still have a job to do. What an arrogant jerk.
Note: this company does business under the umbrella American Medical Response (AMR). Before a paper invoice was ever received, they were sending text messages for payment. Who, in their right mind, would pay an invoice from a text prompt, from an unknown company? SMH. I hope they improve their business practice.
I was just transported from Thousand Oaks Surgical Center to Los Robles today, 8/24/24, at about 10am. The EMTs were a young woman with dark hair and a young man with dark hair and facial hair. I wish I had gotten names… I’ve had a ROUGH couple days, but my experience with them was exemplary, and I would ask anyone working for the company who sees this to reach out to me so we can figure out their names and make sure they get the credit that they deserve.
