Note: this company does business under the umbrella American Medical Response (AMR). Before a paper invoice was ever received, they were sending text messages for payment. Who, in their right mind, would pay an invoice from a text prompt, from an unknown company? SMH. I hope they improve their business practice.
I was just transported from Thousand Oaks Surgical Center to Los Robles today, 8/24/24, at about 10am. The EMTs were a young woman with dark hair and a young man with dark hair and facial hair. I wish I had gotten names… I’ve had a ROUGH couple days, but my experience with them was exemplary, and I would ask anyone working for the company who sees this to reach out to me so we can figure out their names and make sure they get the credit that they deserve. Oops wrong company i was going for Gold Coast Cab *********€€**** The owner Jim picked me up. Com'on peeps this company rocks. 4:30 am trip from CMH ER, the owner picked me up. We chatted, me a white girl fluent in Spanish, and Jim born in Ventura. Mexican but no Spanish. I'm gonna take him on that invite to Vegas sometime. Full service.
