If I could give negative stars, I would. This used to be the best Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealership in the entire region — back when it was Gold Coast. I’ve been bringing my multiple cars here for years. I drive OVER AN HOUR through garbage New York traffic every time — and I never cared, because it was worth it. I don’t normally write reviews, but what’s happened to this dealership recently is unbelievable. This used to be the best Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealer in the entire NYC/Long Island area. When it was still Gold Coast, it was worth driving an hour or more just to get proper service — and I did, many times. It was one of the very few places you could actually trust with these cars. Since Champion acquired Gold Coast, I’ve been unable to reach anyone in the service department. Has the department been discontinued or restructured? I’m looking to speak with a real person—not a messaging service—who can assist me directly.
My wife leased an Alfa Romeo from this dealership. Was told that they no longer have a service department.
Cody got me an amazing deal and was super communicative the entire time. We live out of state and he made sure everything was all set with the new car before we came down. Quick in and out with paperwork. Cody was fun to work with. We had a small hiccup after we got the car home and Cody came up with a solution that went above and beyond so we didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about traveling again when we realized something was left behind at the dealership.
