I bought my car from them when they were Gold Coast Alfa and they were great. I don't know what's going on over there but no-one answers the phone, I've called 4 times, had to go to sales to get someone in service and was told every time leave your number and someone will get back to you. No-one ever does!!!!! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else This place has gone down the tubes fast! Horrible!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This used to be the best Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealership in the entire region — back when it was Gold Coast. I’ve been bringing my multiple cars here for years. I drive OVER AN HOUR through garbage New York traffic every time — and I never cared, because it was worth it. For Alfa and Maserati owners, a good service center is everything. And this one used to be flawless. Then Champion took over — and it has completely fallen apart.
