The staff and facility were terrible I tried to talk to the care team on many occasions and they were unwilling to help with my grandmothers basic needs if you have loved one who needs assistance do not send them here. Room was always a mess instead of changing the bed covers they would add another layer of sheets over soiled ones. I was there once the staff were arguing of who would help and change a lady. Deby Okum is an amazing person. Even though my mom was not placed in their facility, Deby took the time to talk with me multiple times and offered her knowledge and support when trying to figure out things. Mom was in hospital then placed in skilled nursing facility for PT, OT and wound care. My intention was to place mom into Golden Choice after completing PT but then she declined and passed away.
