As soon as I got engaged I knew Shannon would be the only one I could trust to make my wedding cake and desserts. She executed my dreams perfectly, not only did the cake and cupcakes taste amazing but they were equally as beautiful. Shannon was so wonderful to work with, she knew exactly what I needed when I had questions about flavours, numbers and over all themes. I would and have recommended her to everyone I know!
We came in for a wedding cake tasting on April 4. Shannon was pleasant and answered our questions. She told us she would email us with a quote and all the other info we discussed after the busy Easter weekend. We have since followed up twice via email and once via phone call and still have not received any response back. We are no longer going to chase this bakery to proceed with booking our wedding cake. I have enjoyed their interesting design and flavors in the past on special occasions. But prices are to expensive now. $60 for a small cake is to high
Picked up a selection of pastries today and was genuinely delighted. The fruit flavours were subtle and well balanced, and the pastries themselves were almost impossibly light. And the owner, or the owner's daughter was such a lovely person. All in all a very special treat.
Tried the pastries for the first time today and omg. By far the BEST I've ever had! The textures and the taste are incredible. Each one is flavourful without being sweet and you don't get hit with that super sugary taste like most other cakes. The cake itself is almost like a mousse texture and I don't know what they coat them with but it's amazing. I cannot say enough about how delicious everything we got is. Definitely will be returning so many more times!
