They were efficient in collecting the car. Changed their price stated on the phone call after inspecting the car via a photo. Then proceeded to take days to transfer the money, even though the person collecting the car said I should have it within 12 hours. Had to go out of my way to try and contact them to get my money, it was starting to feel like they basically stole my car and was avoiding paying
