I’m a disabled Purple Heart veteran and was a patient at Gold Canyon Internal Medicine for six years. I used to recommend this office often, especially to veterans, Tricare, and Medicare patients, because the care was excellent when I first started. Over time, the quality of service declined. Calls went unanswered, prescription requests were delayed, and communication became increasingly poor. What doctors office allows patients to go a MONTH WITHOUT BP meds? This office! So much for the oath to "do no harm." I low key hope something bad happens to me from this kind of neglect. I could use the free money. They only seem to care about getting money from patients not actual care for them.
Terrible reception staff. Voicemail when trying to make appointment. Maybe a call back next day. TWICE lost urine sample when patient had UTI. Don’t hold your breath waiting for the call back from nurse practitioner or medical assistant
