After a hearing test, Chris was able to reprogram my hearing aids and now I can hear in noisy backgrounds much better. He also tightened up the fit of the aide in my right ear that had bothered me for some time.

Where to begin? My elderly Mother who is 100% deaf in one ear and has only 30% hearing in the other became frantic and had a meltdown when her hearing aid quit working suddenly.
