I really wanted to like and support this business, but unfortunately I’ve been let down every time I’ve come here. My orders were never ready on time, and when they finally were, there was always something wrong or poorly done. Each time, I had to wait even longer for things to be fixed. Disappointing experience overall.
This place does not provide receipts, if you are to ask for one you get a piece of paper with what you paid. I felt like I was going something wrong by asking for a proof of purchase.
I tried this gold and jewellery shop personally and I can recommend Karim and Usta for quality work and reasonable prices Mashallah
