Owned it for about 8 years. Has 15 year warranty. But unlike other manufacturers it doesn't really specify what it covers except defects. Well another brand I owned had sagged in the middle and they had me measure with a string across. They replaced it under warranty after a few years. These guys, if you can talk to someone, talk spin. They say it needs 2 inches of sag. And I'd get prorated and need to ship it for repairs. They say better luck trying a retailer. Ha. I'll try another brand
Bought a box spring and it was broken upon arrival. Store replaced. Second box spring has broken again. It is in a guest room. Has been slept on maybe 10 times and slats are broken again. Very disappointed.
2 years later, I still think about going to sleep in our traditional Sacro, Westminster Plush bed. Side sleeper, mid 50s, wear large clothing, but only 5’ (Tossed out to the curb a box in a bed) Never again - go with traditional
