We are a company that sells promo products. We ordered golf towels with/grommet for our customer to be embroidered with logo. They sent us a proof which we approved. When our customer received them, they were rejected. The towels were NOT printed as it was shown on the proof. The grommets were poorly done by the orig mfg, had sharp edges on EVERY SINGLE one.
