I was sent a text with a dollar amount a medication would cost me. This was on a Friday. I was also told that the medication would need to be ordered in, to expect it by Monday after 4pm. Come Monday, I was told via phone the medication was available, then I received a phone call to let me know the medication had not arrived, that they only received a portion of it and the owners did not allow partial fills for this medication. Only one was my prescription not filled in the proper quantity. I've been going here a full year and I'm happy with the service. The prices are fair. I'll continue to come here.
Cefuroxime a generic antibiotic costs over $60 here. It's around $10 elsewhere. What a rip-off. Very poor service. Once again probably the worst I've ever experienced (costs and service ).
The staff and pharmacist are always so friendly, and they’re really efficient too. I love that they offer automatic refills and text me when everything’s ready. I’m so grateful we have this little pharmacy here in Gold Beach! 😊
