I recently visited this salon for my very first balayage, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Before we started, I clearly explained that I had never colored my hair before and that my hair was completely natural. When the results looked nothing like what I had asked for, the stylist insisted that I must have previously colored my hair instead of listening to my concerns which felt so unprofessional. Evelyn was amazing. She saw the vision I was trying to describe and nailed it. My hair was already pretty brittle but she was super meticulous to achieve what I wanted without breakage. Amazing work and hospitality
