BEWARE!! Either the people that work here are dishonest or incompetent. I brought a silver bar to sell and was told that in the melting process they would lose 80% of the metal through burn off, which is false. I was then offered $100.00 on a bar at the time was valued at $460.00. Know your market if you are trying to sell. Look up spot price before you go to any shop but steer clear of this one.
