We had been coming to this office for a long time, primarily because of the language barrier — it mattered to us that Russian was spoken here. The office of Dr. Evgeniya Golbraykh always has a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very polite, attentive, and caring. Oksana is excellent at drawing blood — quick and gentle. Natasha is always very helpful with any questions regarding referrals to specialists and scheduling appointments. Dr. Evgeniya Golbraykh is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Golbraykh is a good doctor. The office staff is either very busy or does not care. No one picks up the phone, very long wait times (2 hours plus to see the doctor). Not acceptable.
