When the driver got to our house he quickly diagnosed our issue. He said that our septic tank was fine and didn't need to be pumped and that the problem was in the line from the house to the tank. He was apologetic that there was nothing that he could do, but he gave me a few tips and idea's on how to tackle the job without calling a plumber. With the help of my brother in law and my wife we got the house draining again. Because he didn't pump our tank he didn't charge us.
The admin was courteous and friendly, the work we needed was done quickly.
Sorry have to give you 5 stars.You saved us big time. Called and got a call back on when someone could come pump our septic with in a few minutes. Said the driver would be at my place in 40 min. He made it well before. Super nice guy. It was definitely an emergency that we needed him and if we had to wait another day , if that we would of had more of a mess then we did. THANK YOU, THANK YOU YOU AND DOUG from Doug's Drain cleaning are AWESOME and much appreciated 👏 .
