I’ve never left a review but I feel the need to do so because of how my mother was treated by NP Lu Ann Caryl. I go with my mom to all her doctors appointments to advocate for her and make sure her medical needs are being addressed by whoever the provider is. English is my mother’s first language but she does have a hard time sometimes with an American accent as she did not grow up here in the states.
