Joe was an extremely knowledgeable sales representative! He clearly explained the agreement and the service warranty, ensuring I understood everything. The technicians (Mason and Gavin) have also been fantastic from the initial installation to a recent battery change, their service has been quick, professional, and reliable. I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering GOL Vector. A salesman named Quentin Jackson came to my home under the pretense of a “routine check-up,” which I later learned was not true. It was his first day, he was extremely nervous, and he had to call his manager on speakerphone to talk through every step. He originally quoted me around $75+/month, and I told him I wasn’t interested.
