I purchased my Security System in June of 2022. The Salesperson Clayton made all kinds of promises he did NOT keep. The system has not worked correctly since it was installed in 2022. I also had to sign a 5 yr contract to get monitoring. I tried to return the equipment several times, so I could go with a Company that actually cares about the Customers. They said I have a contract.
