The alumni class with Esther was so informative and renewing. I started with Gokhale method around 2010 and over the years it has evolved and changed to continue improving my many back issues. It's hard to explain, you just have to sign up and experience it. You'll gain mastery of your own body once you learn the basics. It's the best financial investment you'll ever make! Excellent diagnostic for sciatica and spinal misalignment. This training shows you how to achieve the good human uprightness, as well as make space for the discs between the vertebra and add interstitial fluid to the discs to keep them flexible and possibly pain free. I highly recommend it!
Before finding Gokhale, I assumed that back pain was just a natural part of life and that it would probably get worse no matter what I did. I have learned that is not the case. With some simple (but not simplistic) changes, I have improved my posture and reduced my pain.
