Our condo hired GoJaxon to replace our residential water valves and braided lines in July 2019 for 160 units. They finally finished this project at the beginning of 2022. They were unable to keep track of their job and we had to contract a 3rd party to audit which units had been completed. During the ridiculous amount of time taken to complete the project one of the toilet valves that was supposed to be replaced failed and caused $140k in damages. GoJaxon is an incompetent contractor. Look elsewhere for their services.
Gojaxon does maintenance services on a number of our buildings for jobs not requiring a certified plumber / electrician etc. They have a good system in terms of communication with our condo management company so we can communicate that back to the board and are willing to adapt on the fly and handle emergency situations as they come up. Would definitely recommend to others.
