Like to give a pat on the back to this business for doing the right thing. We've been a customer for many years and have our unit serviced in the spring and in the fall. This spring we had our usual service with a "good to go" from the tech after he was through. Just a few days later our air stopped working and we had to have Goins come back on a Sunday which is an emergency charge. They installed AC in my new house 3 years ago. Upstairs unit stopped cooling recently. I called them since they originally installed the unit. Tech came out and diagnosed a bad expansion valve. Maytag has a 12 year warranty on parts so it should have been covered but they said part supplier wouldn't cover it. Part only cost $145 so I thought no big deal. The cost to replace expansion valve should be around $450 parts and labor normally. They charged us $925 for the job. That's unreasonably high charge to fix the unit. Especi... read more
They aren't doing a service for me but they are parked behind my car. And in front of the mail box. They don't care I've been trying to leave for a while. He sees me trying to. So because of that I'm saying if they don't care about laws do you really want them working for you?

Quick professional friendly service. Our heat & air unit went out & they replaced it within a few days. The unit they replaced was theirs & lasted 15 years. The service was the same then as it is now
