Every time I have used Goins it has been a fabulous experience. From the person who answered the phone to the technician who came to my home, I was provided friendly, fast and fair priced service.
Quick professional friendly service. Our heat & air unit went out & they replaced it within a few days. The unit they replaced was theirs & lasted 15 years. The service was the same then as it is now
A few years ago, my heat pump condenser had failed and the warranty refused to do anything about it. Goins discovered a recall or service bulletin and arranged for the warranty to replace it despite them previously refusing to do so. Knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and great customer service from the office personnel to the technicians.
