Unprofessional and dismissive. His staff is nice and friendly. However, V Goins' demeanor was rather combative. I did not feel comfortable with him as a representative going forward.
Please please if your loved one leaves a trust, and uses Goins, please have them make sure he’s willing to give copies to every beneficiary in the event the trustee is not cooperating. Unfortunately, my grandmother trusted Goins to give me a copy of the trust because she told me before she passed to reach out to him and he would make sure I was taken care of.
