Susan and her staff are the best. Amazing customer service and beautiful furniture
I understand wanting to leave work and go home but I got there 15 mins before close and the doors were already locked. Why own a business and have hours if you can’t stay open?
Just left the store at 3:58 PM. I was in the store with family for 20 minutes. I was interested in a couch. However, with me being customer service oriented, I waited for a greeting, someone to assist. No help. Even stood at front just to “test” and see if anyone working there would notice. Nothing. At first they did appear busy but when the customers they were helping, left, still no acknowledgment as if we did not exist. Employees chatting with employees and lack of consumer recognition.
Quality items. A great place to begin your journey for accent pieces and that unexpected item!
