Awesome local, staple community spot. The best go to bodega in NE PDX
I walked in the other day & I’m pretty sure Charles’s was urinating behind the counter, but he always has positive things to say.
Charles is a really good man and runs an incredible business. Leslie is fantastic too, she always has a tidbit for you. Truly a staple of the neighborhood. Beer, wine, and snacks are all here with a smile.
great service, super friendly and kind to us. we’re just visiting Portland and we would come back for sure! ☺️ happy new year
