Going Solar, with team leader Rushi Patel, did a great job for me at a reasonable price. Going Solar had installed 12 solar panels 7 yrs ago and I wanted more panels and a battery system. They were able to successfully integrate the two sets of panels with the battery. The battery also provides stand alone power if mains cuts out. I can charge the battery using midnight pricing, which is a good cost saving. The team were helpful, communicative and responsive and good at providing technical information. Highly recommended.
the quality of the design, products and installation were all great with this company. the administration wasn't quite as good, I had to follow up a few times to get things done but they always responded
Reading your website I understand you promise continuing support “through the life of your system”. I have been asking for someone to assess my broken existing system for well over a year, with no response. I have sent photos of the system when requested, and made many phone calls, with promises of callbacks that have never been returned. I am left with a solar power system that is not working, not generating power or saving me money on electricity bills, the prospect of another wasted summer, and no support from the company... read more
Great experience, very professional. Will only use top quality elements of the system. Not one of the el-cheapo cowboys out there, this is a system built to last with great after sales service.
Going Solar did a very efficient job installing our small solar system in the midst of difficulties imposed by the Covid lockdowns
