Had an appointment here and the stylist I saw didn't listen to what I wanted and kept on talking about how she wanted to get home. Rushed me through in 20mins, did what I assume is her usual go to cut for anyone which was not what I wanted or talked about and then charged me over $70. I was too shy to tell her that she did an awful job. Saw my sister a couple days later and she asked why my hair was messed up and she said that I should put in a review and get another haircut asap so here we are.

I had such a great experience at Platinum! The woman at the front desk (I think she’s the owner) was super bubbly, professional, and so kind — she immediately made me feel welcome and excited for my appointment. Sophie did an incredible job with my haircut. She’s kind, personable, and truly attentive, taking the time to check in and make sure I was happy with the length and overall look. Great salon. Did an excellent job on a challenging dye-job request. Love the hair cut. Friendly professional staff. Steep pricing, but it was worth it.
