I was initially happy that my booking was successful, but two days before departure, they canceled my order without warning, without any reason, and charged me the full amount. I was in a bind and needed 2 RV's for an event. I had another less than reputable source cancel on me last minute, so I called these people even though I was warned that the owner Renee doesn't communicate, and they are unorganized, but I thought I would try. After calling several times and getting VM, I tried again and wow, she answered. Everyone was super nice big shout out! to Renee and Earl they were very helpful and always there when i called to ask questions, They made the whole renting process so easy, definitely recommend.
Actually horrible experience with her and her transporters... Seemed very nice at first.. spoke highly of 1 of her transporters I allowed him to use one of my trailers, she said was OK to leave at her yard and it would be safe... Next thing she knew nothing about it and trailer was gone... Trailer was located from one of her transporters that stole it.. I would stay very clear of this buisness...
