Absolutely awful customer support. Project manager came over in March of 2024 and assessed the siding damage. He stated that once the siding came in he would send someone over to replace it. Several months went by and he dodged every single phone call and text message he could. After 8 months I finally got a hold of him and he made excuse after excuse why he wasn't returning phone calls. Several more months went by and absolute no update or returned phone calls, I gave up. Wasted a literal year due to very poor communication... read more

Going Green Restoration rebuilt my home after a house fire. I am 100% satisfied with the results. That is impressive since all aspects of home restoration was needed. Quality work!! My project manager was super terrific; easy to work with and very responsive. They also have a nice balance of subcontractors and employees to be able to meet time sensitive deadlines. Last April, my home was damaged by my neighbors Pin Oak.Straight line winds caused the tree to fall on my house, causing tremendous damage.I am very grateful to Going Green and all their hard working employees. They put my house back together and I want to thank them.
