I have used them for at least 4 years now and my yard looks so much better. I referred my brother in law to them and in 1 year his yard went from mostly weeds to beautiful thick green grass yard. They call before they come because I have a pool so my backyard is gated and I have to unlock the gate. Best company we have ever had.
We were very disappointed with the service and canceled it this year and it did not have to do with the extreme heat. I sent emails mid June with pictures of brown patches that were never responded to And they were definitely received. We had just as many weeds if not more than when we did it ourselves. One of the technicians left open our gate and our dogs got out. My lawn has shown definite improvement since I started with this company.
I watched the young man walk through my yard last Friday to spray weeds. He moved very quickly and he missed some weeds growing. I did not respond as I wanted it give it a week to see them curl up. I cut my lawn yesterday evening and had to go through and spray them myself. The tech needs to slow down and thoroughly inspect the lawn for weed growth especially along my landscaping walls and fence in the back yard.
