first off, I love jay and the show on whatnot. But i am now 21 days deep on an order i've never received. Customer service is absolute trash. They ignored me for 2 weeks until jay finally answered me himself saying he'd reship my order with some goodies. a week later still no movement or update. I want to love them but i absolutely won't spend another dollar there if this is how the after sales service is handled.
Great selection of knives and flashlights! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Really nice place! The customer service is excellent. They’re very kind and patient.
