Best knife store in America, not the largest, just the best.
Going Gear has an amazing selection of knives. Josh took the time to show me and explain just about everything there is to know about them. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Will definitely be back!
first off, I love jay and the show on whatnot. But i am now 21 days deep on an order i've never received. Customer service is absolute trash. They ignored me for 2 weeks until jay finally answered me himself saying he'd reship my order with some goodies. a week later still no movement or update. I want to love them but i absolutely won't spend another dollar there if this is how the after sales service is handled.
