This business knows how to deliver customer service! I had an emergency situation happen and left an after hours message.To my surprise I got a call back but I missed the call. The owner left a detailed message with a perfect solution which he explained and had already taken care of without additional cost. I mean the level of service is above and beyond is on another level. I can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend!

Set a reservation for u-Haul truck rental drove an hour and a half we walk in and they say oh well guess what your truck is not here and there’s nothing we can do for you. You have to call the office and reset another reservation for a different truck, I called the main office. They stated they are the ones that are responsible for making sure the truck is there and to do the due diligence to find another truck for us. My husband (and the other 3 of us) was transferred to Plano from California and we’re still in a hotel for the time being. We needed a place to send and receive things. The couple who run this family business were helpful and just delightful. They were so nice. Such a change from California. Highly recommended.
