We needed a place to send and receive things while we're in temporary housing and this place was perfect. The couple who run this family business were helpful and so nice. Such a change from the West Coast. Highly recommended.

Set a reservation for u-Haul truck rental drove an hour and a half we walk in and they say oh well guess what your truck is not here and there’s nothing we can do for you. You have to call the office and reset another reservation for a different truck, I called the main office. They stated they are the ones that are responsible for making sure the truck is there and to do the due diligence to find another truck for us. My husband (and the other 3 of us) was transferred to Plano from California and we’re still in a hotel for the time being. We needed a place to send and receive things. The couple who run this family business were helpful and just delightful. They were so nice. Such a change from California. Highly recommended.
