Came in with a piece of junk suitcase I needed to return to Amazon. The nice lady helped me print out a new label and boxes it up for me! Took less than 5 minutes! Very nice staff and great service!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. We arrived during business hours and only to be treated with complete disrespect. The employee was incredibly rude from the moment we spoke with her. She raised her voice, and had a bad attitude and told us the office was closed and couldn’t help us. To make matters worse, there was a dog inside the office, and wouldn’t stop barking and the entire place had a very strong, unpleasant odor. The environment did not feel clean or welcoming.
