Outstanding place.. The new owner is very nice and professionally. I would rather pay a little more than have to wait in line at UPS FEDex or USPS...
The times posted on their website and their doors are arbitrary. They open and close sporadically. They charge you to drop off prepaid packages like amazon returns, which is absurd. There are USPS/FedEx/UPS drop boxes a block away on Denbeigh and a post office, ups store, and fedex store all in a close proximity. No reason to ever go here. I would avoid this place.
The owner, customer service rep, was very knowledgeable. The service was fast and convenient.
