Always very helpful I return all my products there to be shipped back to amazon. They are experts and will take care of everything.
I will not return! I was shipping a small box to Oregon and I did not want to damage the box, so I asked the owner if she had anything to put in and she found an Amazon box out of her pile of used empty boxes (it's good to recycle) and it fit perfectly. Then she told me my pricing options, and it was $39.00 for a small box with a pair of shoes in it to go to Oregon (automatically gave me the highest option). I didn't have an Amazon return label because i wasnt given the option to print one. Lisa showed me how to print one and then did it for me, she is always so helpful when I go in the store!! I will always do my business there!!
