Although the staff is nice and friendly and I have had many items shipped successfully, they did one occasion lose a number of sentimental items in the shipping process. They never could find them and they never showed up to their destination. No reason was given as to what transpired. These items were irreplaceable.
Although friendly staff, they still managed to lose many sentimental items in the packing stage. These items were never recovered nor could they explain how they went missing. I will use another service going further.
