We went into this store to obtain a price on packing and shipping service but the moment we walked in were told that the packing employee is out for a month and that the process to give us a quote was "too much effort". The employee advised is to go somewhere else to pack the shipment and then she would ship it. We went to USPS to both pack and ship the shipment to Seattle.
Hours listed are wrong. They are only open until 4 pm.
Service is fine, but their hours make using this business so inconvenient and frustrating. Why would they be closed every Saturday when most of the area is doing errands?
