This is one of the best businesses with the best customer service, please don’t believe the bad reviews on here, some of these people have never even been to the store plus don’t even live in this state. I know the owner personally and they do what they can to help you.

If I could give a zero I would. Customer service here is awful. They are extremely rude and not helpful. I would advise going to any other place to ship packages.

I came across a public video this location posted — I don’t even follow their page, it simply appeared in my feed. I left a comment like anyone could on a public post. What happened next was completely unprofessional and deeply concerning. Someone claiming to be the manager responded using the official business page to personally attack me, posting screenshots from my profile — including photos of my baby — while calling me names. Every time I’ve been in has been a good experience. Today was the best yet. I totally messed up and brought the wrong stuff for one of my packages (as running a business my mind is all over the place). The lady (not sure of her name, I forgot to ask) was so kind and even helped explain to me how to get the code transferred to the label from Temu and also helped me learn to remedy my label printer since it had corrupted my other packages label.
