I would give it 0 stars if I could. The two ladies on the phone were very rude and hung up on me as I was trying to figure out a package delivery with necessary medication to keep my pet alive. I had to call from a different number to get any type of answers after the initially being hung up on. I was trying to figure it out bc FedEx had listed the package in their possession. Very rude, unreasonable, and hateful staff.
Lacy and crew are great at what they do. I have limited mobility and balance issues. If I go in with a package they come from behind the counter to help. Have always answered my questions and take time to look up and explain options. Efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. Love doing business with them.
Customer service poor owner rude to customer said she never scanned a bar code in her company to return a package. When customer has been there before and had other customer service representative scan the code for return service via UPS. Will no longer use this company
Absolutely phenomenal service. They provide friendly, helpful, thorough service for every package shipped! My customers always comment on how well things are packed, and it is all down to these wonderful ladies. Fantastic work - keep it up!
