Terrible customer service and complete lack of responsibility. They literally deleted their Facebook page and listed themselves as permanently closed to bury bad customer reviews... Instead of fixing a problem that was their fault with an unsatisfied customer.
It's pretty clean. The people are nice. It's better to have your stuff already boxed up, but they can ship it by any of the major shipping companies. I recommend them.
