Bought items from online auction that contracted out the shipping with this company. I thought the pricing was fair, but when I received my auction items they were all stuffed in a box. No wrapping or padding or paper - nothing. The vintage sports items did not get to me in the same condition that I purchased them in. For the price paid, they could have at least put newspaper or something in the box to keep it from scratching up or used a slightly bigger box, so the vintage pendants didn't have to be folded and stuffed. Do not bring Mercari sales here, they do not accept the QR code. Employee was helpful though!
