I would give them 0 stars if I could. They do not support the warranties if the system they installed breaks. Beware!!!
Fixed the heat then fixed it again less than a week later for a different issue. I don't like the timing. Hopefully it doesn't fail a third time. I will say that they were very fast at least
We had 2 different other companies come out and 1 told us that the heating element that lights the flame was broken and not working he looked inside but didn't ask me to look wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix it OUTRAGOUS AMOUNT USUALLY Only COSTS 300 MAX, from other company's to fix * if that was the problem )? THE OTHER COMPANY SHOWED ME HE WAS LYING AND YOU CAN SEE PLAIN AS DAY IF YOU OPEN THE LATCH AND LOOK INSIDE THAT THIS OTHER WAS LYING, This 2nd option business said the furnace was cracked but we needed a new ... read more
