Greg came out same day and was able to get my furnace running correctly. He thoroughly explained the process, provided insight beyond what was being asked of him, and ensured the issue was corrected before leaving. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the level of professionalism & knowledge and enjoyed learning about HVAC while getting the issue at hand solved in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend and will be the first call for future jobs.
Josh came out this evening to fix our furnace that kept shutting off. He was friendly, very thorough and knew his stuff. He was able to pinpoint the problem, do a temporary fix, and get it going again. He’ll be back next week to replace the part. We have been doing business with G&S for many, many years, and have always been very satisfied with the work they do and the good people they employ. Thanks again Josh!!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They do not support the warranties if the system they installed breaks. Beware!!!
Fixed the heat then fixed it again less than a week later for a different issue. I don't like the timing. Hopefully it doesn't fail a third time. I will say that they were very fast at least
We had 2 different other companies come out and 1 told us that the heating element that lights the flame was broken and not working he looked inside but didn't ask me to look wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix it OUTRAGOUS AMOUNT USUALLY Only COSTS 300 MAX, from other company's to fix * if that was the problem )?
