They checked my whole HVAC system months ago and told me I needed to replace at least the AC system, and recommended the furnace as well. I saved money for many months and also got other quotes. An independent contractor came today, vacuumed clean the coils and we're good to go. Nothing needed replacing. I don't appreciate companies who try to sell unneeded equipment!!!!
Greg came out same day and was able to get my furnace running correctly. He thoroughly explained the process, provided insight beyond what was being asked of him, and ensured the issue was corrected before leaving. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the level of professionalism & knowledge and enjoyed learning about HVAC while getting the issue at hand solved in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend and will be the first call for future jobs.
Josh came out this evening to fix our furnace that kept shutting off. He was friendly, very thorough and knew his stuff. He was able to pinpoint the problem, do a temporary fix, and get it going again. He’ll be back next week to replace the part. We have been doing business with G&S for many, many years, and have always been very satisfied with the work they do and the good people they employ. Thanks again Josh!!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They do not support the warranties if the system they installed breaks. Beware!!!
Fixed the heat then fixed it again less than a week later for a different issue. I don't like the timing. Hopefully it doesn't fail a third time. I will say that they were very fast at least
