We are traveling with our alumni group for a trip to France next week. We have had frequent and troublesome communications with Gohagan & Company. I will not use again under any circumstances.
Beware!!! We booked a tour with them and specifically asked about their Covid policy prior to booking, we were told by several representative that if someone can't go due to covid, they give a full refund. One of us got covid and contacted the company were told they would process a refund. That refund never came and now our attorney is involved. This company is not reputable and does not stand by their words on their own "recorded line".
