The lawyer in this office didn't do their due diligence on house closing. My client purchased a house and closed with the lawyer more than a year ago, till today she kept receiving utility bills owed by the precious owner. She has to pay them via title insurance one after another. The lawyer should have identified the debts and ensure they were cleaned before release the fund to seller lawyer. He did nothing. All he cares was to close the deal and collect lawyer fee. Stay away.
