August 2020 came to our home looked at the project. Seemed very interested. Spent almost an hour with us. And then we didn’t hear from them. Contacted the designer 3 weeks later and she said” I’ve been very busy with paperwork you should hear from us in a few days” Never heard from them again!! Very unprofessional!!

I have worked with Goguen Kitchen and Bath on multiple projects and have been extremely pleased. They are always professional and easy to work with. Becky their designer was very easy to work with and made the process of picking out the materials painless. I would highly recommend this company!!
They came out to do an estimate and was here for 30-40 minutes. They never sent an estimate and upon calling them were told it was coming but then never heard back. Waste of time, unprofessional.
