This company damaged several pieces of my furniture and charged my credit card for way more than agreed upon. They refused to address the damaged property and sent us a cease and desist as we were reaching out trying to speak to someone. They broke a standing mirror, recliner chair, and a treadmill. They also damaged the stairway railing during the move. This all cost me thousands to replace and they didn’t take responsibility for it at all. My experience started off very positive when I spoke with the manager Kam who followed up with my questions via text, he mentioned that their quotes are by the job with no hidden fees. When I spoke on the phone, I was quoted and agreed for 3 guys and 2 trucks, paid my deposit and was told someone would call the day before to confirm details. Nobody called the day before. One of the movers called me the morning of where I was then told that there were fees for the padding and stuff for items since theyre going into a storage ... read more
