What a debacle of a company! Their customer service is abysmal and we did not get what we contracted for. We paid for and chartered TWO busses to pick up from TWO separate locations and they believe it acceptable to change the reservation to a single bus picking up from two locations. This caused our schedule for the day to be negatively impacted.
