A Houston Star has Come To Wise County, Texas – Are you kidding? You might say. This is a four star Houston chef that has settled in Boyd. Why Boyd, you say? As the chef said, "Why Not Boyd?" We go to Go-Go Gumbo every time we find that we have the money to afford it. Not that it is very expensive - it is not. Carla recommends the crispy shrimp, cole slaw and hushpuppies.
