I had a great first experience at goGlow!! Izzy and Katie were professional and very informative on aftercare/product recommendations. It’s been 24hrs and my tan looks super natural and perfect. I will definitely be coming back

I initially had a frustrating experience when I called to reschedule my appointment because I was sick. However, Wayne personally reached out to me shortly after, listened to my concerns, acknowledged that the situation could have been handled differently, refunded the cancellation fee, and helped me reschedule. I really appreciated how quickly he reached out and made things right!
