The entire experience from beginning to end was fabulous! The measurements for my new shower door were done twice for perfect fit! The installation and crew were so professional and pleasant! As a business owner, our experience with GoGlass has been sub-par. Their service is disorganized, inconsiderate, and unreliable.
Good customer service! Had a pick up timing problem and the manager Tyler was understanding and helpful. And the glass top for my coffee table was lovely.
Do not get your windshield replaced here! They couldn't calibrate the cameras correctly and I ended up leaving with a non-functioning vehicle. After attempted call backs for a follow up went unanswered. Had to shell out about 300 for Acura to do the job on my 2016 sedan. The actual windshield replacement has caused the rain sensing wipers to not work properly. I am worried about gaps in the weather stripping and overflow adhesive. This place is no good for Auto Glass.
