I had a mirror cut for a piece of furniture and Elisa was great. I had no expectation that I could get it done while I was there especially on a holiday, yesterday, with short hours. Chris had a small piece with the thickness I needed and was able to cut it while I was there. Thank you both for your excellent customer service. Great job. Sally
Brian the sales rep was very courteous and prompt. Definitely not a pressure tactics kind of sales person. Did a thorough job of inspecting my job and getting me a competitive quote fast. I have a picture window with a popped seal.
I would also not recommend Go Glass. We spent an exorbitant amount of money there buying all of the glass doors for our showers. We could have gone cheaper, but thought Go Glass would stand behind their products...not the case. They are not that old, and we have had significant rusting on all of the hardware.
